Welcome to my little blog!

Thanks for taking the time to visit me! The reason for my blog is for me to have a place to write, share and capture life's precious moments. My hope for any readers that I am blessed to ever have is to know that there is hope and purpose for every life and enjoyment and happiness in that life. Please leave a comment to say hello, so I can do the same for you!

About Me

I am a young fifty something Grandma. (I was excited to become a "Nana" before I turned 50 and I barely made it!) I am the wife of Grampy for nearly 34 years and the proud Mom of 3- 2 girls and a boy (in that order!)All my kids are grown now and I am on to my next adventure of Grandmahood. I am also a Catholic convert, having been baptized on Dec. 3, 2003 and confirmed with my husband and son at the Easter Vigil 2004. My youngest daughter also converted in 2007 and was married in the church later that year. My oldest daughter got married on 10/10/10. My little JR was born November 13, 2008 and weighed in at 8 lbs 6 oz and was 21 1/4 inches long! He is precious and a blessing! I became an adopted "Dawn-Dawn" to sweet little SJ (Nov. 9, 2005) when my daughter married his daddy! Our new grand-daughter is due March 21, 2012 Join me as I blog about my blessed life!

Think on these things...

As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.

"To be deep in history is to cease to be Protestant." ~Ven. John Henry Cardinal Newman~ Isn't that a great quote? So, true! Do some study and you will be Catholic too! Praise Be to God!
