I started participating in Menu Monday a few weeks ago with Organizing Junkie mainly for my own organization! It really helps to have a plan even if you may not stick to it.
We had a gift card from Christmas so out we went!
Sauteed Green Beans (whole frozen or fresh green beans- tossed in olive oil, garlic, minced onions and a little Braggs amino acid or soy sauce)
Lentils and Rice (Last week was my first time making Lentils, and they were a huge hit- my son insists I make them once a week! What a super way to help out your food budget!)
Corn on the Cob
going to daughter's house for a little graduation party! Lasagna?
Roast (Sunday is such a roast day!) not sure which type yet, Pork Tenderloin or Beef Shoulder
Rolls (homemade- dough in the breadmaker- rolled out, risen and baked)
Of Course if there are Mothers Day plans- all of this could be Monday's dinner!)
