I was sick last week so some of this will be a repeat of last week since I didn't cook some nights!
Monday- Beef Stew (with leftover pot roast in the crock pot)
Tuesday- Cobb Salad
Wednesday-Chicken Picatta
Thursday- Spaghetti (homemade sauce in the crockpot)
Friday-Tilapia (lent fav)or Red beans and rice
Saturday- Hamburgers or Tacos
I am trying so hard to use up what I have- a lot of times, too, I just feel like making something else, but it is good to have a plan!
